In the event that you are not absolutely delighted with your purchase, O’FILIGO will accept the return of any items ordered through our website. You must inform us in writing within 7 days of receipt of your item. It is also your responsibility to ensure that the item is received by us no later than 28 days from the date on which you received the item and returned in an unused and re-saleable condition with the original packaging. You will also be responsible for all attending costs, duties, taxes, etc. O’FILIGO will also offer you the option of exchanging the item for something else in stock. If you receive a faulty or damaged item, then you must notify us within 7 days of receipt and we will offer you the choice of an exchange or full refund (including your delivery charges). The item must then be returned by you to us, the reasonable costs of which we will also refund. Refunds will be made by the original payment method within 28 days of the receipt by us of the item. O’FILIGO reserves the right to reject returns made outside the stated time frames.
